Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Zeneith website, booking a discovery demo, or subscribing to our AI tracking platform, you agree to be bound by these commercial Terms of Service and all applicable laws.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
Zeneith Platform & AI Monitoring Services
Zeneith grants subscribed customers a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access our AI search intelligence dashboard, model recommendation tracking, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) agent features.
Our engine queries public AI model endpoints to benchmark brand citations. While we provide high-precision monitoring, AI search model outputs naturally fluctuate based on model provider updates.
Free Trial & Sales Demo Policy
Free trial access and live test environments are offered exclusively through scheduled sales demo sessions with our strategy team.
Automated self-serve free trial signups without prior sales demo verification are not permitted. Trial accounts granted during demos are subject to specified evaluation limits and timeframes.
Subscriptions, Billing & Strict No Refunds Policy
Subscription plans (Basic, Lite, Pro, Custom) are billed on a recurring Quarterly or Yearly basis as selected during subscription onboarding.
STRICT NO REFUNDS POLICY: All subscription payments, setup fees, and renewal charges are strictly non-refundable. All sales are final. If you cancel your subscription, your access remains active until the conclusion of your current paid billing cycle, and no partial or prorated refunds will be issued.
Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
Zeneith retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform architecture, tracking algorithms, software, and proprietary GEO agent systems.
Customers retain full ownership of their brand inputs, company materials, and exported reports. You may freely use Zeneith visibility reports for internal strategy, stakeholder presentations, and commercial planning.
Acceptable Use & Modifications
Customers agree not to reverse engineer the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated scraping tools against Zeneith infrastructure.
We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect market standards and technology updates. Continued use of Zeneith following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
